A Kids Bedding Line Shipping/Returns Policy
Regular Return Policy
Our Return Policy includes all items carried in our store.
Due to safety and health concerns, returned bedding MUST be in UNUSED condition in its original/resealable packaging (with original product inserts included if applicable). We advise that you insure you package when returning merchandise to the warehouse.
All claims must be made within 14 days of your receiving your merchandise. Most items may be returned for Refund (only after you have made claim within fourteen days) via original payment method, less original shipping & handling charges. You must return your item(s) within 10 days of receipt of your RMA number.
You must call to receive a "Return Authorization" number that must be written on outside of the box. If you DO NOT CALL and receive a written authorization and return an item to us, your item(s) can be denied or subject to a 15% restock fee. We reserve the right to make that judgment.
Shipping expenses will be paid by you. We advise that you insure your package when returning to the manufacturer.
**Customers please inspect your packages immediately after receiving to verify this is what you have ordered and that your bedding is in satisfactory condition. We do not warrant returns, credits, exchanges after your fourteen day claim period which starts the first day that you receive your order.
When Placing Your Order:
You may place an order via our secure server at https://www.akidsbeddingline.com by ordering online via our secure server. All orders placed before 2:00p.m CST will be processed same day.
Order Online - 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Visa, Discover Card, Mastercard and American Express are accepted. We also accept Paypal Payments. **Please note you must have a "Confirmed Address Status" in your Paypal Account in order to business with us. This protects both the Seller and Buyer from online fraud.
Order by Mail - Print out the order form provided and mail it with check, money order, or credit card information to the address listed above. *If ordering by check, funds will be verified before order is placed.
Placing your order via internet and/or mail signifies that you accept the terms and conditions below. *Please note we will confirm your order by email normally within 2 business days.
**All orders over $300 will have to be shipped to the person listed on the card. We are no longer shipping orders to addresses and persons other than the person listed on the card. Due to credit card fraud from previous customers we are no longer accepting orders of these kind.
**If you have placed an order, did not cancel before order was sent out, and refuse the shipment at time of delivery - you WILL be subject to a 15% restocking fee and your shipping and handling is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Some bedding is "Made To Order". When ordering items please note variations in shipping times with individual manufacturers. *You must pay shipping on items that you return, unless there is a manufacturer error on our behalf.
All orders are shipped via UPS. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, you must supply an actual physical address.
Because we ship via UPS Ground, please allow from 2 to 7 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) for your order to be delivered to you after it has shipped. **Scheduled date of delivery depends solely on the state in which you are ordering from.
We only sell and ship in the contiguous 48 States. Sales tax of 9.250% applies to Tennessee residents only.
