When will my order ship?
Please note the item's expected shipping time is noted right next to the "Add to Cart" button on your item's page. Most items will ship from the warehouse within 1-3 business days. Specialty items can take 2-3 weeks to ship.

I placed an order but I did not receive an email confirmation?
More than likely your email address is invalid or your order did not go through. If you have placed an order online, you should get an email confirmation immediately.

What is your Refund Policy?
You have fourteen (14) days from receipt of your order to make a claim for a Refund. You must request an RMA number for a "Refund" on your "Return" either via email or phone. We do not accept requests after the fourteen days from receipt. Shipping and Handling is Non-refundable. All Returns must be in unused/original condition in its resealable packaging. I received half of my order, when will I receive the rest?
We have several warehouses across the country. You may have placed an order in which items are carried in different warehouses. Your order may very well arrive on two seperate dates.
